What do you think are essential qualities for finding a job at the moment and why?

I think that essentials for job enclude many aspects in our nowdays professions. For first, employee must have soft skills such as comunications, team-work, problem-solving and adaptability. In my opinion all this points is really important. But I want to talk about problem solving skill. If you can solve a problem cleverly, employers probobly high value your work way.

Do you think it’s important to plan for future? Why/why not?

Of course, because planning helps set goals, spend your time effectively. We can say that planning makes you more punctual. Planning is important, but it’s essential to balance between planning and living in present. Over-planning it’s not productive, therefore it’s valuable to plan and also be free and live you life unexpected moments.

Richard Lee McNair

Richard Lee McNair is a convicted murderer known for his ability to escape. In November 1987, McNair killed a man and wounded another during a robbery in Minot. The criminal was captured to two life sentences for murder, as well as 30 years for robbery. McNair’s first period of confinement lasted 4 hours. He was handcuffed to a chair and left in a room with three detectives. He used lip balm to remove his hands and escaped. The police chased him through the city until they drove McNair onto the roof of a three-storey building. He jumped onto a tree growing near the house, but the branch broke, he fell and injured his back. He was captured and sent to prison. He got out of there in October 1992 with two accomplices, spent about a year on the run, after which he found shelter in a more secure prison. In 2006, he escaped from there too.

Part of McNair’s job at the prison was fixing old mail bags. Slowly doing this handicraft, the prisoner built a special “escape box” with a tube through which he could breathe, where he hid. The «package», hidden under a pile of mail bags, was delivered to a warehouse located outside the prison, and when the guards left for lunch, McNair got out. He was caught in 2007. He is currently serving his sentence in Florence (Colorado) prison.

Our project involves advertising a product or a company, and our group has chosen to advertise an online shop that sells healthy products such as bio-cocktails and cereals.

Our plan is to:

• Convince people that our company is real
• Demonstrate how advertising influences our lives

To begin, we created social media pages on Instagram and Facebook for our company, which we named «Green Plate». We started publishing daily posts on our social media pages to promote our company and products.

Next, we created our advertisement video. We wrote a script and created a promotional video that helps people get to know our company. Video editing was a important part of our project because we needed to produce an attractive video that could help make our company famous.

Books of this genre cannot leave the reader thinking about anything other than the given murder. Having read a book of the detective genre myself, I could not tear myself away from the book and even after finishing it, I thought for a long time about the plot and the murders.

Ashot Bleyan invested everything for us to study at this school. He put ALL his creative, somewhere crazy ideas to create a school. In an interview, he said that not only is he so crazy, Ashot Manucharyan and Ashot Dabaghyan worked with him. As he said 3 Ashots created a unique school for us.

At the beginning of this project, it seemed unbelievable and impossible. They began to be condemned that they are simply wasting money and time on this. But this did not stop them and they stubbornly walked towards their goal. The goal is to create an institution where the student and teacher can freely show their abilities on the Internet and at school. They gave the students the opportunity to develop, to find their favorite thing.

At first it seems incredible to create such a complex, but when they began to realize their ideas, it was already easy to upgrade the school.

But they decided not to stop at one building, and opened four additional schools. It so happened that educational institutions began to develop more and more. In addition to schools, he opened a media center and a farm. All these buildings now exist and we literally live in them.

How can we not talk about our education? It is customary for us to voice all our crazy ideas that we have in our mind. Gadgets are one of those ideas. Education and the Internet? Gently! After all, it is a method to show us the luck that we have in this century. After all, the Internet is not only for ordinary interests, right? With this interconnection, we have a website for the school, where many people visit, but not only from our school, there are blogs for each student. Interesting works, projects of students are put on the school website: television programs, video and radio interviews, video lessons, radio reading, photo trips and etc.

It seems that for this century these qualities do not matter, but just imagine how difficult it was to bring it into society. After all, the parents were against and not only. Everyone thought that nothing would come of it, but now I am studying here and I know that all this that we have is the merit of 3 crazy Ashots who created this unique place.
